Folks of the reflector: I have K2 S/N 755 purchased last fall from WA7BOC. It works great, has the 100W amp, etc. This last spring I purchased a KAT-100 from a fellow on this reflector. I have forgotten his call. At the time, I did not have time... to try it out. I finally had an opportunity and ... nothing happens.No lights come on (although I know power is on the connector). Hitting 'Tune' shows no response from the tuner, etc.
I built a K2 (S/N 157) long ago, but have no pretense of being up to date on the innards of a K2/100 or of the KAT-100. Could some patient soul out there help me through this process?
