Yes. But I don't know of any cases where normal repeater splits go across 146 MHz. And in any case you're limited to 144-146 MHz in HB- land, last time I checked :) Regarding another question posted here: The K144XV module has two advantages over our external 2-m transverter (the XV144). It's internal to the K3, and covers the full 144-148 MHz range.
