http://jamespaulsarte.com/temp/ham/knob2.jpg Sorry, I don't like them and even if you replaced all of the K3 knobs they would still look after market and not help the value of the K3 IMHO I take pride in my equipment and the K3 is the only Elecraft equipment in my collection.
