I haven't even received my K3 (kit) yet and already I'm all riled up about its knobs (HI).
James, if you have something you like better for knobs and you change them, more power to you. If someone doesn't like the color of the cabinet and wants to take an airbrush to it and paint it Porsche Torch Red, great. It wouldn't offend me . Come to think of it, might be stunning painted red! And if someone loves the feel and appearance of the stock knobs that is great too. Changing the knobs is not something that should raise anyone's blood pressure, one way or t'other. Particularly cosmetic things are just a matter of opinion, and if a knob fractures that's a good excuse to try something different if it strikes your fancy. And who needs an excuse? Like any other modification or personalization, its interesting to see/hear about. Viva la difference.
