I recall sometime ago enquiring of Ron Stone GW3YDX at Vine (UK Acom sales) and being told that the 1010 doesn't have vacuum relays and to go with the 1000 if I was serious about QSK.
I did just that and fully support what Rick says below about the 1000.....
