Stewart, I have experienced the same thing. When I downloaded v.3.25 the autonotch did not seem to work on any band. The next day I tried the autonotch and it worked well on a 40 meter broadcast heterodyne but not as well as the manual notch (as expected). I was not able to find a suitable heterodyne on the other bands to check further.
