For example if the current frequency is 14.201 MHz and the coarse tuning steps are 5 KHz, then the first step would be to either 14.200 or 14.205 (depending on direction) then the following steps would be to 14.210, 14.215... if tuning up or 14.195, 14.190...if tuning down.
