Like you Jim, I've been a Ham for a very long time and I agree that you can readily tell the difference between an Elmer and a flamer. In the past I've owned Ten Tec rigs (Jupiter, Orion I, OMNI- VII) and subscribed to their blog. However, I unsubscribed because of a preponderance of flamers. Thankfully, Eric does a great job of holding down the rhetoric. Also, Elecraft support is also actively engaged in monitoring and helping.
