That's correct. I'll bet that solves it. Of course, that assumes that you
believe your own power meter more than you trust Elecraft's measurements. I
would have thought that the factory had better equipment than that owned by
the average ham, so I would be inclined to believe that any discrepancy was
the fault of my equipment not theirs.

Do built K3s come with a checklist of all the measurements made at the
factory?
