Mic or Line audio is recorded directly to the DVR. Rx Audio is recorded post-filtering (including Rx EQ). DVR audio sent to the Tx is passed through the Tx filters. DVR audio played back directly to the speaker or headphones (not to the Tx) is not filtered (no additional Rx EQ). Note that in the K3 the EQ is *not* a separate filter, but is used in creating the audio bandpass filter.
