Gary, OK, it may be C71 - my memory is not perfect and I don't have access to the schematics here while on vacation. Plug the internal counter probe into TP1 and check the frequency with CAL FCTR. If you are tuned to 7100 kHz, the counter should read close to 12015 kHz.
