Wayne,

> Normally, main RX audio is heard in the left channel, and sub in
> the right. Now, using the CONFIG:MIX menu entry, you can put main
> RX audio in both channels while leaving sub audio in only one (or
> vice-versa; or even put both receivers in both channels).

Now that the Mix capability is in place, how about the unified
Mix and Receive VFO control (e.g., like Yaesu) to make life
easier for logging software to support the "SO2V" operating
style?

           Left Channel  Right Channel
  ----------------------------------------------------------
    FR0;    MAIN/VFO A    MAIN/VFO A
    FR1;    MAIN/VFO A    SUB /VFO A    ; Diversity
    FR2:    MAIN/VFO A    SUB /VFO B    ; Split/Dual
    FR3:    SUB /VFO B    SUB /VFO B    ; "Sub Rx Transceive"

The FR status should also be echoed in the "v" byte of IF;
(transceiver information).
