Frank, K3 runs the NBEMS software including the Flarq just fine. Data mode A of course. There are startup instructions in the manual. Run your sound card audio in and out to the corresponding Line out and in on the K3. Start with Line level at about 30 and adjust for your best mileage. I use VOX for transmit I believe, but am not in front of the setup right now. Drop me an email if you can't get it going, I am gud on QRZ.
