Nevertheless the KUSB does introduce some noise, most noticeable on 
6M.  However, when I connected my KUSB to the K3 via my home brew 
CAT6 cable serial lead in series with it there was no noise.  I've 
been meaning to make up a very short RS232 cable to see if that 
configuration still works, noise wise that is.
