Thanks, gang, for the help. My good friend, W0NTA, set me straight. For some reason I thought I could key the rig using audio like with PSK31, duh. Anyway, Dick, had an extra DSB9 interface cable that he was willing to lend me. Now I need another USB Serial Cable. My computer doesn't have a serial port, boo! Anyway, it's a great group. One can always get help, fast, on the Elecraft reflector. Best 73, Steve
