Following the recent bomb attempt it has been reported on the BBC today that only one item of hand luggage is now being permitted on flights to the USA. To be honest with the ever increasing security I don't think I'd even try taking a radio on a plane these days. The anxiety about will it or won't it be allowed is a worry I don't need to add to the already stressful business of flying. It is only a matter of time before the only way people are allowed to fly is without luggage at all and naked. There is already a machine at Manchester airport that lets security guards see through your clothing. I think I'd rather not fly than be subjected to that level of indignity. ----- Julian, G4ILO.
