hi Dick, thank you very much for your detailed description. It works like a charm, the only thing I had to change was SWT12, which can be omitted, because the K3 remembers the BIAS setting for the rear and front panel microphone.
It might be a wish for future firmware versions to make the high/low setting stick to the front or rear panel too, this would make the macro foolproof.
