I didn't find any questions about marketing when I took my ham exams. I think all that needs to be judged on the subject, is to look at sales vs the time the K3 has been in production. Seems to me they're listening to the crowd who's willing to reach for the hip pocket. How much smarter marketing strategy could there possibly be?
I think HF in general is falling in popularity, but that's due to the FCC;s decision to put everybody's shack on their belt.
