Hello. I'm building K3 #3653 and hit a snag installing the second encoder, VFO B. The instructions (page 32) indicate I need to trim 5 pins close to the PC board as part of the preparation to install the encoder. I'm not seeing it. Does this mean cutting the pins after installing the encoder?
I looked for an errata sheet for the assembly manual, but did not see one. OK, what am I missing?
