If you have the ATU you did remember to re-connect the antenna didn't you? No mis-aligned connectors?
Have you reset the CPU? If so it may require re-claibrating. Check the memory battery, re-do the synth cal. It is probably worth going back to the build manual and tracing the fault through the schematic. It is a Dodo by the way, not a do do.
