Will somebody explain to me how it is "outside" assistance any more than a big antenna farm or a smart radio? No person is providing help--unlike packet cluster.
RTTY and PSK contests all use the same kind of "outside" assistance. Yet they are allowed to enter as single op. Perhaps people need to recognized that CW is a digital mode too.
