I haven't tested this, but I'd start with this, assuming the radio is already in split mode and is in CW:
SWH13;KY UP;SWH13; SWH13; to hold the SPLIT button to return to non-split mode, KY UP; to send "UP" SWH13; to hold the SPLIT button to return to split mode.
