You can do it with a macro.

But with XIT available, why bother?  Turn on XIT, dial up the split you want 
and there you are.  If you want to listen to your TX freq, press "RIT".

You can set the display for continuous readout of the offset in the "B" 
location by tapping "DISP" and setting the B knob to display the position 
between the date and the voltage.  You lose the "fast/integer" tuning 
capability of the offset knob by engaging this, however.
