This is what I did.  The VFO range on my K1 is roughly 102 khz, and moving
L1 to a wider spacing, I ended up with:

40 : 7014 - 7117
30 : 10109 - 10212
20 : 14008 - 14111
15 : 21009 - 21112

So, as a general, I need to be careful at the low end of 40, 20, 15 and the
upper end of 30. So, not quite what you were asking for, but I hope it helps
anyway.
