I wanted to update everyone on what I did. I followed Don's advice (again) and moved the turns on L1. I ended up moving the bottom end of the L1 frequency FROM 3090 to 3069. This gave me the desired coverage on 40 but at the cost of some of 30. For now I am content with that as I don't use 30 meters very often. But I was careful to leave some room to play on 30. The following is the final range. Thanks to all who offered suggestions.
