I don't recall writing something negative about the audio. The post was directed at current SSB operators or more accurately, potential SSB operators, i.e. potential buyers that might have concerns about using the K3 for SSB.
There have been on the other hand some mention on this list of the K3 catering primarily to CW ops, hence my comments. One could think of it as a form encouragement and compliment. Insofar as using the ESSB, never even considered that.
