It would be nice to be able to independently select mic gain for front or rear panel input. Currently, changing one also changes the other. It would be nice to be able to set, say, rear panel input to low gain (rP.L) and front panel input to high gain (FP.H) independently. I find the computer-type headset with electret microphone I use on the rear panel (bias turned on) has plenty of gain and only requires the low mic gain setting. However, using a dynamic hand mic on the front panel (bias turned off) requires gain set to high.
I know it is only a small issue but it would be nice to have it added to the "To Do" list, if not already there.
