As it was explained to me, there are two different areas, Repairs and Modifications.
I was told two to three weeks when I initially asked for an approximate time, but that was back towards the beginning of the year. There has been one new mod added since then. I'm guessing a lot of folks put off sending a rig back and Elecraft got hit all at once. I certainly would have liked a shorter turn around time, but do understand why it is taking so long.
