Hi Mike; Thanks for the reply. My memory presets switch the MIC SEL to rear panel, so MIC+LIN setting doesn't matter as you noted. Just for grins I just tried it both ways with no joy. I'm sure this is a really stupid thing I am doing but I just can't figure it out.
