Any power supply that has a VFO knob built in means they either don't know 
how to get harmonics down to the proper level or don't want to spend a few 
bucks on components, so they took the cheap way out.

I have several switching supplies and can't hear any of them anywhere unless 
I run an antenna right in the room.
