Mr. Eppley wrote in part- And "Legislative Appointment" could be the abbreviation for "The (state) legislature shall appoint someone to serve out the normal term of office." ---- D- If no choice for an executive/judicial office gets a YES majority from the voters, then such appointment could be automatic without the need to mention it on the ballots (i.e. put it in the constitution).
