I haven't expressed an opinion on that issue, or expressed concern
or worry about it. But I'm glad that it doesn't worry you.
As for Gear's arguements, of course it's the same old IRVie bullshit.
Especially the idea of picking someone who has a majority--after
the method has given him a majority via its own peculiar rules.
