EM list-- In my most recent UUCC definition, I left out the requirement that Bc wins. Right before the words "...there's at least one voter...", insert the words "...Bc wins, and..." By the way, Blake's example in which Condorcet, Tideman(m) & Schulze didn't really fail UUCC suggests a stronger version of that criteria. A stronger UUCC would speak of a group of voters instead of just one voter. Of course the group could consist of 1, but it could be more too.
