RE: Truncation with Condorcet

If it is too easy to get on the ballot, then I would expect that many voters
will truncate their votes.
Example- 20 candidates for U.S. President

Thus, my standard suggestion for having an equal nominating petition only for
ballot access for all candidates for the same office.   Having absentee
ballots for everyone would also help.
