RE: Head to Head Comparison of Election Methods

Mr. Dumais' proposal fails my suggested YES/NO test for executive and 
judicial offices and issues -- whether or not a choice has "absolute" YES 
majority support (as with all ranking methods -- since ranking methods do not 
show absolute support but only relative support).

Each choice should be judged whether it is acceptable regardless of any other 
available choice(s).
