RE: MOAV "criterion"?

I hope Demorep, now that he's defined MOAV as referring only to 
YES/NO votes, will stop falsely claiming that Condorcet violates 
MOAV while Instant Runoff does not violate it.  Instant Runoff is a 
preference voting method and doesn't ask voters to vote yes or no.
