The manual for my computer includes instructions for the computer's program editor. I found them once, in the manual. I'll find them again. The manual is several inches thick. What I've determined so far is that the program editor isn't listed in any of the indexes or tables of contents that are contained in the manual. A sure-to-succeed and easy, but not quick, way to find the editor instructions will be to check one page at a time, starting with page one. That's what I'll have to do. There are some other books that came with the computer, and one of them also has a description of the program editor. If I find that, that would be just as good. Finding that one might or might not be quicker. Within a few days I'm sure to find one of those descriptions of the program editor. And so within a few days I'll post the poll results-- the winner, and other facts about the results. But there's no need for the count result to be delayed till I find those program editor instructions. That's because there are several people on this list who have programs to do the count for Cloneproof SSD or BeatpathWinner, and for Ranked Pairs(margins). Surely one of those people will post the winner(s) by Cloneproof SSD and Ranked Pairs(margins) more quickly. (You will, right?). This certainly brings out the great advantage of Approval & CR over pairwise-count methods when no computer is available. I just didn't think this election would be one of that type. But, in few days, long before the next poll's balloting deadline, my count programs for the pairwise-count methods will be typed-in and tested, and so then a prompt count result won't depend on someone else promptly doing the count.
