I know this is going to sound really silly, but with
the majority of the electorate, the most important
factor is what it's called.  "Intant Runoff" sounds
like it was chosen by an advertising agency.  Maybe
it was.  "Instant Pairwise Elimination Runoff" sounds
like it was chosen by a mathematician.  :)
