For some reason I didn't receive this message at all, only Dave's
response. I wonder if this is why you seem so quiet lately.
This method is very nearly equivalent to ApAV aka AER isn't it? The
main difference I see is the "if we can't get a majority, go with
straight approval" rule.
I'll think on this method and see if I can't come up with an FBC
failure.
