I don't have time to reply to Warren's long, rambling rants. So I I don't reply to something Warren said, that doesn't mean that he's said something irrefutable. It just means that I don't have the time. I will, however, be kind and generous enough to comment on a few of his statements.

Warren displayed his wondrous mindreading powers by guessing how i derived Bias-Free's formula--right after I spelled it out for him.

Warren says I didn't define Bias-Free. But, in the message he quoted, I said that I was describing an unbiased quota and rounding method. Can I thereby be accused of using a perhaps unfamiliar substitute for the term "divisor method"? Sure.

When you say that it is a divisor method, and you say how to find the rounding point between consecutive integers a and b, then you have fully defined the method.
