Warren-- Your website implies that you have two apportionment methods. Could you post brief and concise definitions of those two methods, so that someone can include them in a correlation test, for a simulation or for historical census apportionments?
Is at least one of your methods a divisor method? Then post the formula for its rounding point between consecutive integers a & b. Leave out the derivation, the discussion, etc. Just post the definitions, in the form of brief and concise instructions for determining each state's number of seats. As I said, for a divisor method, that just means giving a formula for your rounding point between consecutive integers a & B.
