In the "inv_33" cell, the transistors have their width set to "@wn" 
or "@wp" which are of type "Java".  If you change the type to be 
"Spice" then they still interpret correctly in Electric (i.e. the 
values are shown when you are in the cell) but Spice knows to emit 
'wn' and 'wp' instead of actual numbers.  However, it wraps them in 
single-quotes, not curly-braces.  Is this acceptable to Spice?  If 
not, I need to understand which version of Spice you are using and 
which versions use which types of parameters.
