The real question is: what version of Java are you running? I also
have 64-bit Windows Vista, and some Java installations cause strange
behavior in Electric. I recommend Java 1.6 from Sun. If you have
the free 1.7 version, this may be a problem. Run a command prompt
and type "java -version".
