Hello, I noticed that the "additional libraries" page at staticfreesoftware.com has a MOSIS 350nm pad ring! That is wonderful. Perhaps this is too much to ask, but does anybody know if there is a library out there with area (i.e. flip-chip bump) pads? No high-speed I/O's -- all we need is [lots of] power, [lots of] ground, and low-frequency JTAG.
