I am trying to simulate CNTFET by its Schematic. I suppose that Till
now no tool Except Electric is capable of creating Layout for CNTFET
Circuits.
Can anybody Provide me the "mocmos-cn" library or explain how to
develop it..??
Kindly Help me on this matter.
