Hello, I am relatively new to Electric VLSI and IC design at all - still figuring it out. I intend to use Electric to design an analog fron-end. However, due to a not very fast but very precise voltage controlled ac current source the circuit would require a +5V/-5V supply. Can I do it with the built-in mocmos technology (I would lieke to use C5 with the analog option)? The information about the C5 process provided by ON Semi says - there are 12V (Dual Gate Nested Drain) and even 20V (Extended Drain, 15 V Gate) transistors available. How can I get the SPICE models form them ? Do the in Electric as standard pcells avaliable NMOS-HV and PMOS-HV transistors represent those high voltage devices ?
Thanks in advance for advice. Paul -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Electric VLSI Editor" group.
