Hi everyone: I've tried to force an antenna error in my designs, just to verify if this checking is working well in Electric. I'm using the MOCMOS technology, with 3 layers of metal.
I've making cells with intentionally long layers of poly1 or metal1, connected only to the gates of small MOSFETs. Curiously, when running the Antenna rule check, the software never points any antenna rule violation. Can anyone explain what I should do to perform this test (preferably to find the errors)?
