Are you running LTSpice?
I guess that you neede select spice version (corresponding to your SPICE
tool input and output formats) in Electric.
Then you need to make sure that electric awaits namely the filename which
is outputed by yout SPICE tool?
You can try to force SPICE to output filename-s waited by Electric by menas
of setting SPICE command line likes following in E;ectric configuration:
.../LTC/LTspice/scad3.exe.
*-i ${FILENAME} -r ${FILENAME_NO_EXT}.raw -o ${FILENAME_NO_EXT}.out*
