Here are the cleaned up dwarfstring patches. Also on mjw/dwarfstrings branch. They now use the more aestheticly pleasing "???" instead of the ugly unknown_ prefix. A correctly indented test-subr function that uses "$@", not bare $*, with commands on separate lines, not using a pipes. Rebased against current master.
