It is not entirely clear if this is deliberate or not.
You are right that if there is a real symbol/function declaration in the main
CU, then it pops up (as entry one) in the file list and so will be printed.
eu-srcfiles has an option -c:
-c, --cu-only Only list the CU names.
Which will print it (but without any other files):
$ eu-srcfiles -c -e test.o
/tmp/test.c
So it could have also included it in the full file list. I am not sure why the
current code doesn't. Maybe because it assumed the main CU file name would also
appear as entry one, if relevant.
